​We operate differently from a hotel or bed and breakfast. We want you to feel at home and we want you to care about the House as if it were your own home. Below are some of our special amenities and guidelines to insure the comfort of all guests.

​Guest Rooms:

• Each guest bedroom and private bathroom includes linens and towels. Toiletries are available upon request. 
• Guests are responsible for keeping their room and linens/towels clean during their stay. We have onsite, complimentary laundry facilities. In-room housekeeping services are NOT available.
• Only water is allowed in the guest rooms. Food and beverages must be consumed in the kitchen only. 
• Each bedroom has a smart TV with streaming abilities.
• A pack-and-play is available upon request.
• Molly's House has 3 floors with elevator access to all rooms.

Common Areas: Shared by All Guests

Kitchen:

• We have two full-size kitchens fully equipped with pots and pans, dishes and silverware.
• Each kitchen has a dishwasher to clean and sanitize all shared dishes and utensils.
• There are designated spaces for each room to store groceries in cabinets and in the refrigerator. 
• A highchair is available upon request.

Play Rooms:

• There are children's rooms with toys and activities located on both the 2nd and 3rd floor within view of the kitchens. 
• Children should remain under the supervision of their guardian at all times. 
• Please leave play areas tidy when not in use and be considerate to all families and guests. 

Living Room:

• Enjoy our full-sized living room on the first floor.
• Stream your favorite shows and movies together on the smart TV by logging in to your personal account such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. (don’t forget to log out!)

Library:

• Equipped with large screen TV w/HDMI cable, web camera and microphone for virtual meetings using your laptop.
• Borrow a book from our large selection – we have something for all ages. 
• Computer with WIFI and printer is available.
• Reserve the library for a virtual meeting, family dinner, social gathering etc.
• Guests are welcome to use the library space to work remotely or complete schoolwork.

Laundry Room:

• We provide complementary washers and dryers so you may launder clothes, bed linens and towels during your stay. The washers are equipped with self-loading laundry soap although we encourage guests to bring your own.

Serenity Garden:

• Stroll around the garden or relax in one of the lounging areas.
• We have two grills available for outdoor cooking.
• Enjoy playing in the large back yard.

Other

• ​Designated accessible parking, bedrooms/bathrooms and elevator.
• All outside doors are locked 24/7 by an automatic locking system. Each guest has a 4-digit code to gain access to the house and to unlock their bedroom door.
• The house is equipped with an alarm system and several security cameras that cover all common areas. (There are no cameras inside the guest bedrooms or bathrooms) These cameras are accessed regularly by staff to monitor the house remotely overnight and weekends.
