Helpful Details for Your Stay

Everything You Need to Know Before You Stay

From check-in details to amenities—we've made it easy to plan your stay with confidence.

What is Molly's House?

Molly's House is a healthcare hospitality house welcoming patients and families traveling for medical care. The vision was inspired by the comfort Ronald McDonald Houses offered Molly's family during her cancer journey and was built to extend that same support to guests of all ages.

Where is it located?

430 SE Osceola Street, Stuart, FL 34994. Nestled on the edge of Downtown Stuart in a safe, welcoming area, we are within walking distance of Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital and less than an hour's drive from several major hospitals and medical facilities in Ft. Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Jupiter, and West Palm Beach.

What does it cost to stay?

$40 per night, regardless of room size/number of people. Subsidized stays are available upon request and approval.

When can guests check in?

Guests are encouraged to check in when staff is onsite (Mon-Fri, 9 am-5 pm) to provide a tour and help them settle into their rooms. We understand this is not always possible in an emergency or with transportation issues.

After-hours or on weekend arrivals: Guests use a 4-digit code to get into the house and their room.

Is Molly's House secure?

Outside doors and guest bedrooms are always locked. Each guest has a personal 4-digit code to access the house and their bedroom. The house is monitored remotely via security cameras.

Can I make a request after hours or on the weekend?

Yes, stay requests can be made at any time. Please call the house to confirm the referral if the request is urgent. On-call staff handles after-hour calls, requests, and check-ins.

How many rooms are at Molly's House?

We have 14 guest rooms with private bathrooms. Bed configurations are assigned based on availability, number of guests in the group, and accessibility. Bed linens and towels are provided.

What are the complimentary house amenities?

On-site parking, Wi-Fi, laundry, elevator, library, chapel, living room, garden, two full-sized fully equipped kitchens, designated refrigerator & cupboard space.

Are meals provided at Molly's House?

Dinner is provided select nights when we offer our "Chef for a Day" program. Community members, businesses, and local restaurants will occasionally provide dinner for all the guests (schedule posted). Our pantry is filled with soups, pasta, and other staples for guests.

Who is not eligible to stay at Molly's House?

To protect the mission and intention of the house, we cannot accept referrals for:

  • Individuals without a permanent address or a discharge plan, including those experiencing homelessness.
  • Individuals with communicable diseases such as measles, chicken pox, etc.
  • Patients receiving hospice care or patients no longer receiving ongoing medical treatment. Family members of hospice patients, however, are welcome at Molly's House.
  • Patients who require hands-on medical care or help with daily personal needs and are not accompanied by a caregiver.

Final eligibility decisions are at the discretion of the Executive Director, who ensures all guests receive the care and consideration they need in an appropriate setting.
